About Jim
Jim Reynolds is a seasoned real estate professional with over four decades of shopping center industry experience.
He joined Great Clips in 2000 and currently serves as Senior Real Estate Manager, representing the western region of North America and Canada. In this role, Jim leads market planning, site selection, and lease negotiations to support the brand’s continued expansion and strategic growth across those regions. Jim began his real estate career in 1985 as a Leasing Manager for a shopping center owner in the Seattle area, later transitioning to work as a Real Estate Agent in Washington state representing landlords and tenants before joining Great Clips. His deep market knowledge, analytical approach, and long-standing relationships in the shopping center industry have made him a trusted leader within the Great Clips real estate team.
He has volunteered for many years to grow the shopping center industry by holding various regional leadership positions within the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and he has been involved right from the start as a mentor in the very successful mentoring program ICSC created to help grow the next generation of shopping center leaders.
Outside of work, he enjoys all types of fishing, golf, skiing, hunting and really anything outdoors, often spending his free time with his raft floating and camping along remote rivers.
